Fosun-Owned Fidelidade Eyes Over 3 Billion Euro Lisbon IPO, Bloomberg Says, Citing Sources

-- Portuguese insurer Fidelidade--Companhia de Seguros, which is owned by Chinese conglomerate Fosun International, has held talks with banks and potential investors about a possible listing in Lisbon, Bloomberg reports, citing unnamed sources.

-- An initial public offering could value the company at more than 3 billion euros ($3.57 billion) and take place early next year, Bloomberg reports.

-- Fidelidade declined to comment to Bloomberg while Fosun didn't respond to a request for comment.
