TYK Medicines (HKG:2410) obtained approval from the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to list over 4.6 million shares to be converted under the firm's Hong Kong-listed share full circulation.
The shares, held by one shareholder, represent 1.21% of the pharmaceutical company's issued share capital, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
