尽管过去一年盈利状况有所改善，但这家在纳斯达克上市的公司股价表现依然疲软。
东南亚最大的网约车与外卖平台 Grab，在通过借壳方式上市四年多后，首次实现全年盈利。
“这并非一次性现象，”Grab 首席财务官吴文彬（Peter Oey）在这家纳斯达克上市公司周四发布财报后的采访中表示，“我们是一家具备可持续盈利能力的企业。”
总部位于新加坡的 Grab 2025 年实现净利润 2 亿美元，而 2024 年为净亏损 1.58 亿美元。
公司同样实现扭亏：2025 年营业利润 6500 万美元，2024 年则为营业亏损 1.68 亿美元。2025 年营收同比增长 20%，至33.7 亿美元。
吴文彬表示，全年实现盈利的一个主要原因是 Grab 持续推进运营自动化，包括扩大 AI 应用以降低成本。
他称，即便 Grab 仍在东南亚更多城市扩张业务，“我们也能用更少的员工实现运营”。
尽管盈利状况改善，Grab 的股价却并未跟上。
当前股价较 12 个月前下跌 11.5%，今年以来已下跌 16.7%，表现远逊于纳斯达克综合指数（年内仅下跌 0.7%）。
股价疲软的原因在于，投资者怀疑 Grab 能否维持在东南亚的扩张速度，同时对该地区经济前景感到担忧。
