A consortium of Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame (SHE:002135) and Hangzhou Architectural Design & Research Institute secured the 484.4-million-yuan engineering, procurement and construction contract for Hangzhou's No. 101 commercial complex.
Construction will take 1,125 days, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of Zhejiang Southeast Space Frame closed 3% lower Thursday.
