　　荷兰支付处理商 Adyen 于周四公布，其 2025 年下半年净营收达12.7 亿欧元（合 15.1 亿美元），按固定汇率计算同比增长21%。这一成绩为全年稳健增长画上句号，公司增速超过处境艰难的欧洲同行，并进一步巩固了与美国巨头贝宝（PayPal）、Stripe 竞争的市场地位。

　　这家金融科技企业全年营收同样增长21%，至23.6 亿欧元。受老客户支付份额提升及严格成本管控推动，其核心利润率（即息税折旧摊销前利润占营收比例）从去年的50%提升至53%。

　　Adyen 预计 2026 年营收增速为20%–22%，并表示目标在 2028 年将息税折旧摊销前利润率提升至55% 以上。

　　这家总部位于阿姆斯特丹的公司在全域零售业务领域持续扩大优势。随着与星巴克、优步等核心客户合作深化，其下半年通过线下支付终端处理的交易金额达1730 亿欧元，同比增长26%。
