消息面上，近日，瑞博生物-B发布公告，本集团自主研发的RBD5044注射液已获中国国家药品监督管理局的II期临床试验默示许可。RBD5044是一款靶向APOC3的siRNA药物。APOC3是一种几乎只在肝脏中合成的蛋白质，在脂质代谢中起关键作用。RBD5044可以解决与高甘油三酯血症相关的并发症，成为管理血脂紊乱的一种治疗选择。国盛证券认为，小核酸药物正迎来全球范围内的蓬勃发展期，已从技术验证阶段迈入临床兑现与商业化加速阶段。
该行指出，目前全球小核酸累计获批上市药物已达23款，覆盖siRNA、ASO、适配体等多个技术方向。国内虽暂未实现产品上市，但研发管线数量仅次于美国，覆盖高脂血症、高血压、乙肝、肾病、肌肉疾病、肥胖等多个治疗领域，且涌现出舶望制药与Novartis超90亿美元累计合作、瑞博生物与Boehringer Ingelheim20亿美元平台授权等重磅出海交易，中生制药等传统药企也通过收购快速卡位，行业呈现出积极发展的态势。
