Bondada Engineering Signs MOU with Dubai-Based Firm to Develop Green Data Centers; Shares Climb 3%

Bondada Engineering (BOM:543971) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Dubai-based Bryanston Renewables to develop green-powered data centers in India and select international markets, according to a BSE filing on Thursday.
The partnership establishes a framework for joint development of data centers and ready to develop data center project packages powered by green energy for domestic and international data center operators.
Through the collaboration, Bondada will make an entry into the digital infrastructure segment.
The company's shares were up nearly 3% in recent trade.
