南财智讯2月12日电，中远海运国际（00517.HK）发布须予披露交易公告，公司拟于2026年1月5日与中远海运科技有限公司、中远海运绿色数智船舶服务有限公司（合营企业）订立增资协议，以全资附属公司远通全部100%股权（评估值扣除股息后为人民币11.39亿元）及中远海运科技以SMARTSAILING平台资产（人民币5324万元）加现金（人民币2.13亿元）共同对合营企业进行增资；本次双方合计新增出资人民币14.05亿元。增资完成后，公司对合营企业的持股比例由51%提升至80%，中远海运科技持股比例由49%降至20%。该交易构成须予披露交易及非豁免关连交易，尚需经独立股东批准。
