智通财经APP讯，浩德控股(08149)发布公告，于2026财政年度第三季度，本集团取得企业融资、资产管理及其他咨询服务收入550万港元，较去年同期减少6.3%。企业融资及其他咨询服务收入乃于已根据服务协议条款提供相关服务及╱或完成相关重大行动从而达成协定的账单里程碑时确认。因此，各期间的收入可能因应该期间内达成的账单里程碑而波动。
本集团取得2026财政年度第三季度经营租赁项下投资物业的整体租金收入680万港元，与去年同期相似。于2025年10月租出该办公单位后，香港投资物业于2026财政年度第三季度取得租金收入。相比之下，该单位于2025财政年度第三季度空置。该正面影响部分被日本投资物业以港元计算的租金收入减少所抵销，此乃由于期内日圆兑港元贬值所致。
于2026财政年度第三季度，日本物业组合的出租率(以租金收入计)为93.7%(去年同期：93.1%)。
