Breville Group (ASX:BRG) delivered a "solid" fiscal first-half results overall, Jarden Research said in a Thursday note.

The company reported earnings of AU$0.671 per share, up from AU$0.669 a year earlier.

Meanwhile, revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$1.1 billion, compared with AU$997.5 million a year earlier.

The company expects its earnings before interest and taxes for fiscal 2026 to increase slightly compared with fiscal 2025, even as its value chain absorbs the significant US tariff increases.

The market is likely to react positively to the fiscal 2026 guidance being "a touch ahead" of consensus and gross margins remaining resilient despite the tariff impact, Jarden said.

The investment and advisory firm views fiscal 2026 as the company's transition year, with fiscal 2027 shaping up as a year for double-digit earnings growth.

Jarden maintained an overweight rating for Breville Group and a price target of AU$31.

Breville shares rose 5% in afternoon trade Thursday.
