智通财经APP讯，诺比侃(02635)公布，于2026年2月12日(交易时段后)，公司、博将睿智、博将珺璟及诺比侃重庆订立投资协议，内容有关博将睿智及博将珺璟作为投资者向诺比侃重庆进行出资。根据投资协议，博将睿智及博将珺璟拟向诺比侃重庆投资总额为人民币3000万元，其中约人民币1588.24万元将计入诺比侃重庆的注册资本，余额(即人民币1411.76万元)将计入诺比侃重庆的资本公积。
出资完成后，公司于诺比侃重庆持有的实际权益将由100%减少至约85%。诺比侃重庆的注册资本将由人民币9000万增加至约1.06亿元，公司、博将睿智及博将珺璟将分别直接持有诺比侃重庆约 85%、10%及5%股权。诺比侃重庆将成为公司的非全资附属公司，其财务业绩将继续综合计入公司的综合财务报表。
公司认为，向诺比侃重庆出资将有助增强诺比侃重庆的研发投入及产品推广(例如研发经费、硬件采购、业务推广费用等)，提升诺比侃重庆的整体估值及现金流。
