智通财经APP讯，永联丰控股(09882)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止财政年度取得净亏损约250万港元至380万港元，较截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的纯利约630万港元，利润减少约140%至160%。
报告期间纯利的预期减少乃主要因以下因素所致：毛利率减少乃归因于产品组合变动所致，表现为回转支承(利润率较高)销售减少，而全新机械及矿物(利润率较低)销售有所增加;人寿保险计划投资的退保金额变动产生亏损约300万港元;及销售及分销开支增加约150万港元，包括但不限于在报告期间内于日本及中国发展OEM业务所产生的营销开支。
