** North American lithium producer Elevra Lithium ELV.AX shares rise 6.3% to A$7.64, their highest level since January 29
** Elevra signs non-binding MoU to supply Mangrove Lithium with spodumene concentrate
** Parties intend to negotiate definitive agreement under which co could supply up to 144,000 tonnes per year of spodumene concentrate to Mangrove at market-related prices, subject to floor and ceiling prices
** Stock down 4.9% YTD, after falling 10.6% in 2025
