Humana公司公布第四季度亏损扩大，原因是医疗成本持续上升，并表示由于其联邦医疗保险（Medicare）计划的质量评级下降，预计 2026 年盈利将大幅下滑。

　　该公司报告亏损 10.1 亿美元，合每股亏损 6.61 美元；去年同期亏损 8.62 亿美元，合每股亏损 5.76 美元。

　　经调整后，公司每股亏损 3.96 美元。FactSet 调查的分析师此前预期为每股亏损 4 美元。

　　营收从 292.1 亿美元增至 325.2 亿美元，高于华尔街预期的 320.4 亿美元。

　　公司的赔付率从去年的 92.1% 升至 93.1%。

　　医疗服务使用率上升、药品成本上涨等多重因素推高了医疗成本，拖累了医疗保险公司的利润。由于Humana业务高度依赖联邦医疗保险优选计划（Medicare Advantage），老年人医疗服务使用量大幅增加，对其造成的成本压力远大于其他保险公司。

　　公司预计 2026 年调整后每股收益至少为 9 美元，分析师预期为 11.91 美元。Humana表示，受 2026 年联邦医疗保险优选计划星级评级下调影响，预计 2026 年盈利将下降。该质量评级采用 1 至 5 星制，与保险公司可获得的奖金直接挂钩。

　　Humana预计，2026 年个人联邦医疗保险优选计划会员数量将增长约 25%，“这得益于公司以客户为导向的福利策略带来的新增销售与留存率提升，以及客户服务模式的优化”。
