此外，认购事项的全部条件已获达成，而认购事项已于2026年2月11日完成。合共1.98亿股认购股份(相等于根据配售事项配售的销售股份数目)已由卖方按每股认购股份2.39港元的认购价认购。认购股份占经配发及发行认购股份扩大后本公司已发行股本约2.73%。
公司已收取认购事项所得款项净额总额约4.69亿港元。本公司拟将认购事项所得款项净额用于本集团的未来发展、偿还本公司日后到期的债务及用作本集团一般营运资金。
