　　芯片制造商格芯（GlobalFoundries）股价盘前上涨，此前该公司公布第四财季扭亏为盈，且收入超出华尔街预期。

　　这家为汽车和其他专业应用领域生产芯片的半导体代工厂扭亏为盈，实现利润1.99亿美元，合每股收益36美分；该公司上年同期亏损7.3亿美元，合每股亏损1.32美元。根据FactSet的统计，其盈利与华尔街的平均预期一致。

　　第四财季收入与上年同期持平，为18.3亿美元，高于FactSet汇编的分析师平均预期的18.03亿美元。

　　周三盘前，该公司股价上涨6%，至44.40美元。
