智通财经APP讯，皓文控股(08019)发布公告，于2026年2月11日，本公司与澄迈钧立橡胶有限公司(澄迈钧立)订立一项不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录(谅解备忘录)。
根据谅解备忘录，本公司及澄迈钧立将开展战略性合作，以发展及拓展澄迈钧立的业务(尤以天然橡胶及相关农业领域为重)。本公司与澄迈钧立将探索在农业及相关产业应用生物科技、智能技术及绿色科技，致力于构建数字化平台，推动专利成果的复制与商业化，并透过香港实现海外扩张。
董事努力探索新的机遇，以提升本集团的业绩。该合作将使本集团多元化业务，并拓宽收入来源。董事对澄迈钧立业务的长远前景持乐观态度，并认为潜在合作符合本集团及本公司股东的整体利益。
