智通财经APP讯，芯化兰德(08106)发布公告，于2026年2月11日，本公司已与六名认购人订立六份独立认购协议，本公司已有条件同意以每股H股0.31港元的认购价配发及发行合共5517万股H股。H股认购股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
六名认购人将合共认购5517万股H股，其总面值为人民币551.7万元，且分别约占于本公告日期本公司已发行H股股本总数及经各认购事项完成后扩大的本公司已发行H股股本的21.05%及17.39%;及于本公告日期本公司已发行股本总数及经各认购事项完成后扩大的本公司已发行股本的10.89%及9.82%。
认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除所有适用成本及开支后)将约为1671万港元，
