　　近日，中国工商银行作为牵头主承销商，成功协助马来西亚联昌银行（以下简称“联昌银行”）在中国银行间市场发行其2026年首笔熊猫债，发行规模30亿元人民币，期限2年。该笔熊猫债也是马来西亚今年首笔熊猫债，对持续深化中马两国金融领域合作、推进人民币国际化具有积极意义。

　　马来西亚是最早支持并积极参与共建“一带一路”的国家之一。联昌银行作为马来西亚第二大商业银行，于2025年正式加入“一带一路”银行间合作机制（BRBR）。本次熊猫债发行吸引广大境内外投资人踊跃认购，彰显出国际金融机构对中国资本市场开放和人民币资产的信心。

　　中国工商银行作为中国银行间债券市场重要的承销商，截至目前已累计协助69家境外优质客户发行熊猫债近250笔，参与市场近半数熊猫债项目，积极助力推进债券市场高水平对外开放。工商银行将继续依托覆盖全球69个国家和地区的服务网络优势和跨境综合服务能力，发挥“一带一路”银行间合作机制（BRBR）等多边合作平台优势，积极推动熊猫债业务高质量发展，为中国金融市场高水平对外开放贡献力量。
