Plenti Group (ASX:PLT) has raised AU$400 million through an asset-backed securities (ABS) deal backed by personal loans and renewable energy receivables, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction is expected to close on or around Feb. 18, as per the filing.
Shares fell 7% in recent trading.
