Parkway Life REIT (SGX:C2PU) is set to launch a sustainable financing framework to reinforce its capital deployment initiatives, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The framework defines the REIT's mechanism to allocate proceeds from its sustainable finance transactions to eligible green and social projects across its portfolio spread across Singapore, Japan and Europe.
