消息面上，小摩发布研究报告指出，近日，洛阳钼业完成巴西金矿收购，交易对价10.15亿美元，该矿储量387万盎司(平均品位1.45克/吨)。管理层计划2026年贡献6-8吨黄金产量，2030年前将年产量提升至20吨。该行认为，公司完成巴西金矿收购后，黄金业务与原有铜钴业务形成协同，叠加铜产能扩张与成本优化，2026-2027年盈利预期上调27%-30%，有望实现连续一年50%以上的盈利增长。
该行续指，公司2026年铜产量指引为76-82万吨，增长来自TFM和KFM矿山的工艺优化与技术升级；KFM二期项目将于2027年投产，每年新增约10万吨铜产能。2028年铜产量目标为80-100万吨(基准值80万吨)，TFM三期项目(正进行可行性研究)有望带来额外增量。2026年将通过降低大宗材料采购价、维持全球领先的资本开支与运营成本水平，进一步优化铜业务单位成本。
