保加利亚2026年1月1日正式加入欧元区，成为欧元区第21个成员国。保加利亚政府规定，2026年1月1日至1月31日为列弗和欧元的双流通过渡期，二者均具有法定货币地位，自2026年2月1日起，欧元将成为保加利亚唯一合法货币。

　　保加利亚自2007年加入欧盟以来一直将加入欧元区作为政府的重要工作目标和优先事项。通过持续调整，2025年，保加利亚在公共财政、通胀率、汇率、法律等方面达标，已满足欧盟的“趋同标准”。保加利亚加入欧元区，一方面，将使其面临短期内宏观经济政策协调难度增加、转换过程带来物价波动等方面的挑战；另一方面，对保加利亚促进贸易与投资、提升融资便利度、创造稳定的外部经济环境、深度融入欧洲产业链与价值链等方面起到一定积极作用。此外，此举将使保加利亚在未来面临经济或财政困境时能够获得欧洲央行提供的流动性支持，一定程度上有助于提升其对外偿付能力
