Conduent shares bounced between 10% lower and 10% higher after the company said it had a wider loss in the fourth quarter, and lower revenue than last year.
The stock is trading 7% higher, at $1.44, after hitting its 52-week low of $1.18 earlier in the session.
The company said it had a quarterly loss of $33 million, or 23 cents a share, compared with a loss of $12 million, or 9 cents a share, in the same quarter last year.
Revenue for the quarter was $770 million, down almost 4% from last year's $800 million.
Adjusted loss was 9 cents a share.
The company said in its government and transportation segments, it saw improving revenue trends, continued growth in the sales pipeline, and gains in cost efficiency.
At the end of 2025, Conduent had a cash balance of $243 million, along with $223 million unused capacity under its recently renewed credit facility.
