新浪科技讯 2月11日下午消息，据外媒报道，字节跳动公司正在研发人工智能芯片，该芯片项目代号为 SeedChip，并正与三星电子进行洽谈。相关报道指出，有消息人士称，字节跳动计划在3月底前收到芯片样品，今年生产至少10万块，并将产量逐步提升至35万块。
