智通财经APP讯，嘉利国际(01050)发布公告，配售事项已于2026年2月2日根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件完成，当中配售代理已成功按配售价每股配售股份2.37港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共6583.2万股配售股份。据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，承配人及彼等的最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。概无承配人于紧随配售事项完成后成为本公司的主要股东。
由于认购事项的所有完成条件已达成，本公司于2026年2月11日根据配售及认购协议的条款及条件按每股认购股份2.37港元向卖方配发及发行 6583.2万股认购股份。认购事项的所得款项净额以及本公司就配售事项及认购事项产生的其他开支)约为1.52亿港元。
