智通财经APP讯，百应控股(08525)发布公告，于2026年2月11日(收市后)，买方厦门百应融资租赁有限责任公司(本公司的间接全资附属公司)根据融资租赁协议与圆新(一间国有公司)订立一项售后回租交易。根据融资租赁协议，买方同意以代价人民币2100万元向圆新购买租回资产，并向圆新出租租回资产，为期36个月，并收取租赁款项作为回报。
租回资产为(i)四套磁介质絮凝沉淀撬装一体化设备;(ii)两套磁悬浮风机;(iii)一套多盘螺旋脱水机;及(iv)五台污泥提升泵。
鉴于融资租赁协议乃于买方的一般及日常业务过程中，经买方与圆新协定按正常商业条款订立，董事认为，融资租赁协议的条款乃属公平合理，且符合本集团及股东的整体利益。
此外，继续停牌。
