美联物业葵涌-雍雅轩分行营业经理曾柏然表示,该行促成雍雅轩成交,单位为2座低层A室,实用面积约566平方呎,属三房间隔。业主原叫价655万元,最终减价至630万元成交,折合实用呎价约11,131元。资料显示,原业主于2006年3月以约317.9万元购入上述物业,持货至今转售,账面获利约312.1万元,物业升值约98%。(hc/u)AASTOCKS新闻
