2026年2月12日，“新奥泛能1期碳中和绿色资产支持专项计划”（类REITs）在深圳证券交易所成功挂牌。新奥能源控股有限公司（股票代码：02688.HK）管理层、深圳证券交易所代表、主要合作机构及重要投资人出席敲钟仪式，共同见证这一重要时刻。
新奥能源执行董事兼首席执行官张宇迎在致辞中表示，公司始终深耕城市燃气及综合能源服务，坚定不移走绿色低碳发展之路。本次产品的成功发行与挂牌，是公司响应国家“双碳”战略、深化产融结合的关键一步，不仅优化了资本结构，也为盘活存量绿色资产、创新绿色金融模式提供了重要实践。
中信建投（601066）证券投行委党委副书记谢常刚、华泰证券资管结构融资部总经理邢曚对项目成功挂牌表示祝贺。他们指出，该计划的落地为清洁能源资产证券化提供了有价值的范例，体现了市场对优质绿色基础设施资产的认可。
据悉，本期产品是“新奥泛能1-8期碳中和绿色资产支持专项计划”储架产品的首期发行，储架注册总规模40亿元，首期发行规模6.08亿元，票面利率为2.6%，并获得联合资信“AAA”最高信用评级。该专项计划以分布式光伏及配套储能等优质绿色资产为底层支撑，设置了完善的风险控制和退出机制，赢得了市场的认可。
