TotalEnergies Takes Control of Zeeland Refinery While Lukoil Looks for Buyer, Reuters Says

--French energy major TotalEnergies has taken over full operations of the Zeeland refinery in the Netherlands but hasn't bought Lukoil's 45% stake, Reuters reports, citing a briefing from TotalEnergies' chief executive officer, Patrick Pouyanne.

--TotalEnergies will run the refinery on a temporary basis under a deal wherein it supplies all the crude, pays for operations and takes the refinery's output, Reuters reports, citing Pouyanne. The deal will remain place until Lukoil finds a buyer for its stake, Reuters reports.
