新华财经巴黎2月12日电（记者李文昕）根据法国巨头道达尔能源11日发布的2025年财报，该集团去年净利润显著下滑，显示出油气价格下跌对盈利的影响。
财报显示，2025年，该集团实现净利润131.3亿美元，同比下降17%；调整后息税前利润为405.6亿美元，同比下降6%。2025年第四季度，集团实现净利润29.1亿美元，而2024年同期为39.6亿美元。
尽管财报多项指标下滑，但道达尔能源仍对自身财务稳健性表示满意，并宣布提高股息、维持股票回购计划。
公告显示，道达尔将针对上一财年派发每股0.85欧元的尾期股息，此前已派发三次每次0.85欧元的中期股息。普通股息总额因此达到每股3.40欧元，比2024年的股息增长5.6%。
在股票回购方面，该集团预计2026年的回购金额仍在30亿至60亿美元之间，“假设原油价格在每桶60至70美元之间，汇率约为1欧元兑1.20美元”。鉴于当前原油价格走势存在不确定性，集团将在第一季度仅执行低位区间的回购，首批回购金额为7.5亿美元。
财报公布当天，道达尔股价表现较为积极，收盘价较前日上涨2.74%。
