Langham Hospitality's Profit Drops 77% in 2025; Shares Gain 7%

Langham Hospitality Investments (HKG:1270) reported HK$54.2 million in attributable profit for 2025, falling nearly 77% year on year from the HK$231.7 million booked in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.

Shares of the hotel operator gained over 7% in late-morning trade Thursday.

Earnings per share were HK$0.02, compared with HK$0.07 in 2024.

Revenue for the period remained largely flat at HK$401.8 million, figures showed.

The company declared a dividend of HK$0.032 per share, payable June 9 to shareholders of record on May 28.
