华尔街日报（WSJ）报导称，纽约华尔道夫酒店(Waldorf Astoria)的中国业主计划在对酒店进行奢华改造后将其出售。这将是近期中国房地产投资者纷纷撤离美国市场这一趋势的一部分。
而就在几个月前，这家酒店在经历了一场耗资数十亿美元且一再推迟的翻新后才重新开业。据知情人士透露，一家由中国政府控股的公司预计最快将于下个月通过房地产投资银行Eastdil Secured开始推销该酒店。
