南方财经2月12日电，记者获悉，礼来创新双靶点药物穆峰达®（替尔泊肽注射液）获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准，新增用于成人2型糖尿病（T2DM）单药治疗。该批准基于专门面向中国早期T2DM患者开展的SURPASS-CN-MONO研究，该研究由中国人民解放军总医院内分泌科主任母义明教授牵头展开，覆盖全国28家研究中心，纳入200余例中国成人T2DM患者。研究结果显示，经过40周治疗，患者在血糖水平和体重方面均取得具有临床意义的改善，同时未观察到低血糖风险增加。（21世纪经济报道）
