该价位是公司启动市价增发以进一步增持比特币的关键门槛。STRC 曾在 1 月 16 日触及 100 美元，彼时比特币处于 97,000 美元附近。2 月 5 日比特币跌至 60,000 美元时，STRC 一度下探 93 美元，近期随市场反弹收复面值。该产品采用月度股息重置机制，当前年化股息率为 11.25%，旨在平抑波动并激励交易价格趋近面值。
