Dialog Unit Bags Cendramas Production Sharing Contract from Petronas

Dialog (KLSE:DIALOG) unit Dialog Resources secured a letter of award from Petroliam Nasional (Petronas) for the Cendramas Production Sharing Contract (PSC).

Under the deal, Dialog Resources will participate as a partner alongside Medco Asia Pacific, and EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The contract is subject to the execution of a joint operating agreement and the fulfillment of conditions precedent.

The Cendramas PSC is a producing asset and marks an extension of Dialog's upstream business, supporting further integration across its energy operations, it added.
