该产品股息率每月重置，当前为 11.25%，旨在使其交易价格稳定在 100 美元面值附近。迄今为止，优先股在 Strategy 的融资中占比很小。该公司已出售约 3.7 亿美元的普通股和 700 万美元的永续优先股，用于为其最近三周的比特币购买提供资金。
