金吾财讯 | 半导体板块逆市有支撑，天数智芯(09903)涨10.47%，兆易创新(03986)涨6.22%，上海复旦(01385)涨3.90%，英诺赛科(02577)涨3.39%，脑洞科技(02203)涨3.48%，贝克微(02149)涨2.28%，FORTIOR(01304)涨1.84%，芯智控股(02166)涨1.72%。2月11日，韩国海关公布的数据显示，2月前10天，韩国半导体出口额达到67.3亿美元，同比飙涨137.6%。美国半导体行业协会报告显示，2025年逻辑芯片销售额同比增长39.9%，行业规模突破性增长凸显长期潜力。中信证券表示，国产化空间来看，根据中国招标网披露的设备采购情况测算，2022年设备国产率约18%，预计2025年受益于DRAM和3D NAND存储产线的国产化率快速提升，国产化率有望提升至约30%；2026年有望提升至35%左右。
