** Sports gamification platform provider raises A$4.3 million ($3.05 million) through placement

** Offer price of A$0.075 per share represents 14.8% discount, as of co's last close

** Co says placement funds to be used to expand gaming commercial agreements and partnerships across the Southeast Asian region, among others

** Stock up 87% YTD
