Prudential Buys Back Shares

Prudential (HKG:2378, SGX:K6S) bought back 612,541 shares in London on Feb. 13 at an average price of around 10.61 pounds sterling apiece, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The insurer intends to cancel the repurchased shares.

Following the repurchase, the firm has about 2.54 billion shares in issue.
