【券商聚焦】国泰海通：1月非农数据明显超出市场预期 美联储6月前或暂停降息

金吾财讯 | 国泰海通指出，1月非农数据明显超出市场预期。一方面，1月美国新增非农就业13万人，大幅超出市场预期的6.5万人。其中，私人部门新增就业明显回升，主要受教育和医疗保健行业拉动。不过，其他私人部门行业新增就业水平自2025年10月以来也呈持续回升态势，或体现出美国就业市场有所企稳。另一方面，在劳动参与率回升的情况下，失业率仍超预期回落至4.3%。此外，1月平均每周工作时长与时薪环比增速均有所回升，短期内市场对就业走弱的担忧或有所缓解。此前市场担忧是否会出现百万级别的年度下修，但结果来看，2025年3月非季调的非农就业人数下修了86.2万人，与2025年9月公布的初值较为接近。经季节因子修正后2025年全年新增就业人数由58.4万人下修至18.1万人，月均下修就业人数3.4万人。下修后，2025年平均每月新增就业人数为1.5万人左右。由于此前市场已对下修的幅度有所预期，因此年度修订的结果并未带来较大扰动。美联储6月前或暂停降息。超预期的非农数据一定程度打击了市场的降息预期，该机构认为，在就业市场有所企稳的情况下，美联储有空间在6月之前维持暂停降息的观望状态。根据CME数据，非农数据公布后，市场预期3月美联储降息的概率不足6%，大概率将于6月和9月各降息一次。
