Frontier Real Estate Investment's (TYO:8964) net income rose 0.4% to 5.91 billion yen for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, from 5.88 billion yen in the prior half-year period.
The REIT's net income per unit increased slightly to 2,183 yen from 2,174 yen in the previous six-months, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Operating revenue increased 3.1% to 12.1 billion yen during the half-year period from 11.7 billion yen in the prior six-month period.
It declared a distribution of 2,200 yen per unit, payable from March 10.
For the upcoming six-months ending June 30, the company expects net income of 5.92 billion yen, distribution per unit of 2,200 yen, and operating revenue of 12.4 billion yen.
For the subsequent half-year period ending Dec. 31, it forecasts net income of 5.90 billion yen, distribution per unit of 2,200 yen and operating revenue of 12.4 billion yen.
