　　北海康成-B（01228）今早一度涨超17%，截至发稿，股价上涨8.97%，现报3.04港元，成交额3130.53万港元。

　　2月16日早，北海康成公布，拟向药明生物全资附属配售8403.36万股新股，占公司扩大后已发行股份数目约14.12%，每股作价2.38港元，较公司2月13日收市价2.79港元折让约14.7%，集资净额达1.99亿港元，当中约60%将用作结算集团的贸易应付款项；约28%用于现有产品线的研发开支；其余12%则用于商业化产品的营运资金及注册维护。配售完成后，药明生物于北海康成的持股比例将升至约16.27%。
