罚单显示，和谐健康保险股份有限公司泰州中心支公司的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：业务数据不真实、承诺给予或给予客户保险合同约定以外利益、财务数据不真实。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局泰州监管分局对其罚款69万元；对和谐健康保险股份有限公司泰州中心支公司副总经理王擎警告并处罚款15万元。
