智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布公告，截至2025年12月31日止的十二个月(2025年度)，本集团预计取得净利润约为人民币7600万元，而截至2024年12月31日止的十二个月净利润约为人民币5600万元。
集团预计2025年度净利润上升主要是因为：于2025年度，本集团所拥有的位于武汉的投资物业公允价值保持稳定，预计不会发生减值，而2024年12月30日止年度发生减值约1900万元人民币;及于2025年度，本集团加强对联营及合营公司的管理，有效降低其运营成本，因而预期联营及合营公司于2025年度的亏损较2024年12月31日止年度将减少约2300万元。
