智通财经APP讯，中信资源(01205)发布公告，有关本公司间接全资附属公司Seram Energy Limited(Seram Energy)就Seram区块针对SKK Migas提起的法律诉讼。Seram Energy已获其印尼法律顾问告知上述法律程序的最新进展。本公司获告知，印尼国家行政法院(国家行政法院)已作出裁决，表明其对Seram Energy提出的申索缺乏管辖权，并宣告Seram Energy的申索不具可诉性。该裁决的依据包括：尽管8月11日函件具行政决定属性，惟当事方争议的实质源于合约安排，应依据生产分成合同所约定的争议解决机制解决，而非行政审裁。据此，国家行政法院并未对Seram Energy申索的理据作出审理或裁决。除非提出上诉，否则国家行政法院的判决将于2026年2月23日后生效并具约束力。
鉴于上述最新进展，本公司现正寻求法律意见并考虑各项方案。本公司将继续采取适当行动，以维护其按适用法律及合约安排下有关Seram区块的权利及合法权益。
