智通财经APP讯，中国环境资源(01130)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年12月31日止6个月取得不少于约1000万港元的未经审核综合溢利，相比之下2024年同期取得亏损约1655.4万港元。
公告称，扭亏为盈乃由于截至2025年12月31日止6个月下列事项带来的综合影响所致：收益减少至约2730万港元，惟毛利轻微增加至约650万港元;其他收入增加至约1240万港元;行政及营运开支减少至约1480万港元;投资物业公允值收益增加至约1260万港元;生物资产公允值变动减出售成本产生的亏损减少至约230万港元;融资成本减少至约280万港元;出售投资物业的收益增加至约160万港元;及所得税抵免减少至约100万港元。
