Zero Fintech Unit Lends Further HK$103 Millon to Horn King, Associates

Zero Fintech Group's (HKG:0093) subsidiary X8 Finance agreed to lend a further HK$103 million to Horn King, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The new loan is secured against mortgages on two properties.
The firm had previously lent HK$57 million to Horn King and its guarantors, Ho Sai Wing and Ho Shung Pun.
X8 Finance also agreed to extend the maturity of a separate HK$35 million loan to United Treasure and Ho Sai Wing by 12 months.
Zero Fintech said the new loan is expected to refinance the HK$57 million previously lent to Horn King alongside a top-up facility of HK$46 million, of which HK$25 million will be used to redeem the existing mortgage over one of the pledged properties.
