SDAI (SGX:5TI) booked a loss of SG$1.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, compared with an attributable profit of SG$321,235 a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Loss per share came in at SG$0.0026 compared with earnings per share of SG$0.0012 in the year-ago period.
Revenue fell 8.3% year over year to SG$147,355 from SG$160,662, mainly due to a decline in the residential project and the distribution and retail segments.
