Koh Brothers Attributable Profit Balloons 824% in H2 2025; Shares Rise 3%

Koh Brothers' (SGX:K75) attributable profit to equity holders surged by 824% in the second half of 2025 to SG$16.0 million from SG$1.7 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the engineering company were up over 3% in Monday trading.

Earnings per share rose to SG$0.0386 compared with SG$0.0042 in the year-ago period.

Sales for the period jumped 41% year over year to SG$177.2 million from SG$125.5 million, backed by increased revenue from the Malaysia market.

The company declared a final dividend of SG$0.003 per share and a special dividend of SG$0.006 for the period, taking the total dividend for 2025 to SG$0.01 per share.
